Support the museum
The Tofu Museum has no endowment, no board and no building. What it has is a dog who was lucky enough to find a home. Every donation goes directly to Best Friends Animal Society, so more dogs and cats like him can too.
You'll go straight to bestfriends.org. The Tofu Museum never sees or handles any money.
Patron levels
Every real museum names its donor circles after something grand. Ours are named after things the artist cares about. Choose any amount on the Best Friends page.
Perks are imaginary. The donations are very real and tax-deductible through Best Friends (EIN 23-7147797). Monthly giving is available on their site as a Guardian Angel.
Our beneficiary
Best Friends Animal Society runs the country's largest no-kill sanctuary, in Kanab, Utah, along with adoption centers in several major cities. It works with thousands of shelter and rescue partners nationwide on one goal: to end the killing of cats and dogs in America's shelters.
According to Best Friends, 87% of its 2024 spending went directly to programs and services. Its accounts are audited and its annual report is public.
A dog in a burgundy robe can't adopt anyone. You can, or you can help someone else do it.
With gratitude
The museum thanks the following generous supporters. Real donors are not listed; Best Friends keeps that private. These are the artist's personal benefactors.
